Simple boiled bittergourd egg soup
Not everyone like this soup. Soup will taste bitter but we find that it compliment well if we go with grilled fish or fried chicken. Wash away the oily or fishy feeling when having a meal. |
The ingredients needed is very simple. Bitter gourd Egg Minced meat Tomato |
Next cut them into quarters. Sliced them evenly about half a cm thickness. For me I like to go a little thicker about 7mm? So that we can feel the crunch after boiling. |
2) Tomato - Wash, cut them into 6 pieces each. Thinner slice will cook faster after a short boil. 3) 1 egg - bitten |
When serving, pour soup onto the bittergourd. Enjoy!! |
