Simple steam fish

  Steam cod fish with black bean sauce I prefer not to spread the black bean sauce in case it is too salty. Using bottled black bean sauce with garlic to steam the cod fish Cod fish are fishy. So I love to use plenty of ginger 1. Place some ginger on the plate 2. Place the fish above the ginger 3. Add more ginger on top of the fish. 4. Place a little black bean garlic sauce on top of the fish. Remember to wait for water to boil before placing the dish for steaming. Steam fish for 10 minutes. Final product
