Sauces for steam fish

 

Sauces to accompany steam fish or meat
A. The standard sauce mixure recipe

2 tablespoon - light soya sauce
2 tablespoon - cooking wine (I used DOM)
2 tablespoon - water
1/2 teaspoon - sugar

I used microwave to heat up to boil.
Stir to dissolve the sugar

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the mixture A
Leave to to cool and store.

Refrigerate it. I use it for 1 week.

Try using it in different ways.
1. With Garlic. Good for fish.
Chop 1 garlic, soak in 1 tablespoon of sauce for 10 minutes.
Ready to use.
2. We can use chilli as well.
