Steam minced meat

 

Steam minced meat
Good for a simple meal or if I fall ill.

A few slices of ginger



Aproximately 100 grams of minced meat.
I frozed them, so I need to defrost.
Then remove the blood water from the meat.
Place the meat in the water and wash immediately.

Squeeze out the blood water and is ready to use.

Marinate the minced meat.
With 100 grams of meat, I mixed with
Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon (Actually 0.5 teaspoon is enough too)

Don't forget the other 2 ingredients
Tapioca flour - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - A dash or more if you like.

Tapioca flour can make the meat tender. We can use cornflour as well.
Pepper will make it taste better with the "pork" strong taste.

Mix them up and we are ready to steam the minced meat.

Steam for 10 minutes.
Remember to wait for water to boil before placing the mixture for steaming.

Nice with ginger.
I bought lean minced meat. So the texture tend to be not so soft.
If you prefer tender minced meat, then buy those normal ones with fat in between.
