Mushroom / Lady finger fritters



Breaded mushrooms.
Changed upon a recipe from the internet and followed its easy steps.

Now the steps.
Use a clean damp towel to wipe the mushroom clean
Sprinkle garlic salt onto mushroom. Do the same for the washed lady fingers.
Leave it to stand for at least 15 mins.


1st container, we scope 6 heaps table spoon of self raising flour (adjust if you need more).
2nd container, we beat up 2 eggs.
3rd container , we place 6 heaps tablespoon of bread crumbs (adjust if you need more)
Place the mushroom and lady fingers in the flour. Cover the container and shake them until all fully coated with flour.
Next dip them into the egg mixture



Place them into the bread crumb immediately. Shake so that the lady fingers are fully coated with bread crumb.
Do the same for the mushroom
Shake off excess breadcrumb and it should look like this before frying.
Deep fry them under mid high fire until golden brown and drain away excess oil.
You may serve with your favourite chilli sauce. Enjoy.
