Peanut fillings for Mee Jiang Kueh.
This fillings can also be used for other desserts of our liking.
To make things easy, I bought those ready made grounded peanut for this fillings.

My recipe
Grounded peanut 70%
Caster Sugar 30%.

So if you want to make 100grams of fillings, we use
Grounded peanut 70 grams
Caster Sugar 30 grams
